Accommodation equipment

Each accommodation is equipped with:

kitchen or kitchenette equipped with crockery and cutlery
(sheets and towels) with weekly change
free wi-fi
bathroom accessories and hairdryer
final cleaning: guests are required to take away the rubbish, sort it, and leave the apartment tidy.

Payments accepted

booking: credit cards, debit or with paypal, bank transfer
payment on site: credit/debit cards, paypal and cash.

Cancellation policies

Up to 14 days before arrival no penalty will be charged or the entire deposit will be refunded.
Less than 14 days will be charged 50% of the total stay.
In case of no-show or early departure after check-in, 100% of the stay will be charged.

Holidays and Covid-19

To guarantee you a safe and carefree stay, we adopt the following rules:

the linen and towels supplied are disinfected and washed at high temperatures.
the accommodations are ventilated and sanitized with specific products.
you can buy quick antigen tests at the reception.
each accommodation has a private outdoor area to ensure maximum spacing and safety.
we ask all guests to respect the rules of common sense in the common areas.
